Evets Global will perform on-site vacuum integrity checks for Endura and Centura tools. Evets Global uses an Inficon RGA system to identify vacuum leaks, outgassing, or contamination issues.
Evets Global builds gaslines and waterlines for all AMAT Tools. Our in house welders are also well versed in designing custom gaslines.
